In an interview, GM Kim Jong-chan expressed his personal opinion on the death of ITF founder General Choi Hong-hee, who has remained a mystery so far. It also told the story behind the current integration agreement between WT and ITF.
He also explained why General Choi Hong-hee had no choice but to defect to Canada.

On top of that, ITFGM Kim Jong-chan prepared and said based on the fact that the current ITF is not North Korean Taekwondo, but South Korean Taekwondo.

GM Kim Jong-chan is planning to return to Korea permanently in March this year.
